Abstract

The objective of this research was to know the onset of estrus Madura cows in Sembilangan Bangkalan Bangkalan . Through synchronization of estrus using prostaglandin PGF2 α and combination PMSG and hCG. Twenty four Madura cow s were used in this research divide into 3 differents group (n=8). Control group (P0) was injected with hormone PGF2 α 25 mg. One group (P1) was injected with PG600 com bination hormones (PMSG 400 IU+hCG 200 IU) 5 cc and two group (P2) was injected with PG600 combination hormones (PMSG 200 IU+hCG 100 IU) 2,5 cc. Injection of intramuscularly (i.m). There was significantly different of estrus timing. Experiment design was used completely randomized design (RAL). Data analysis using ANOVA ( analysis of Variant ) and if it significant different continued with BNT 1%. The onset of estrus P0, P1 and P2 were 70.96±0.66, 68.87±0.79 and 69.68±1.33. The result of this research indicated that there were significant differences (p<0,01).
