Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the histopathological changes of mice Musculus femoralis which infected by Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoites intraperitonially. Eighteen female mices devide into two groups (n= 9). P0 as a control group, gave NaCl physiologys 0.2 ml, P1 were treated with 1x10 of Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoite. Four days post infection, mice were euthanazied, Musculus femoralis were collected and processed as histopathology microslide’s stained with Hematoxylin Eosin. The data were analyzed by Mann-whitney test and Independent t-test. The result showed that Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoite intraperitonially significantly caused Musculus femoralis histopathology change as necrosis and inflamation (p<0.05).
