Abstract
This study was aimed to identity the comparison the estrogen concentretion of semanggi leafs and edamame soyabeans in fresh and dry condition. Semanggi leafs and edamame soyabeans which were used for each one was 1 gram. They were dried with now sunsbine directly for 3 to 4 days. Semanggi leafs and edamame soyabeans in fresh condition and also which were already dried were collided and add 4 ml aquadest. The result of infusa were test by using RIA technique. The studied parameter was estradiol concentretion of semanggi leafs and edamame soyabeans in fresh and dry condition. The comparison estrogen concentretion of semanggi leafs and edamame soyabeans analiyzed with Duncan's multiple range test. Based on the data above, it showed that significantly difference of estradiol concentretion in semanggi leafs of each condition fresh and dried also in edamame soyabeans of each condition (p<0,05).
