Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the influence of supliying crude chlorella and probiotics to the total lymphochyte and folicle diameters of bursa of fabricius of broiler vaccinated by Avian Influenza. Seven day old broiler devided randomly into nine groups with supplemented of 0% chlorella and 0 ml probiotics; 5% chlorella and 0 ml probiotics; 10% chlorella and 0 ml probiotics; 0% chlorella and 2 ml probiotics; 5% chlorella and 2 ml probiotics; 10% chlorella and 2 ml probiotics; 0% chlorella and 4 ml probiotics; 5% chlorella and 4 ml probiotics; 10% chlorella and 4 ml probiotics. When the broiler was six weeks old, they were sacrificed and the bursa fabricius were collected histological examination. The data were analyzed by Univariated ANOVA using SPSS for windows 13.00. The result show that supplementation with crude chlorella and probiotics had significant effect on the total lymphocyte and the folicle diameters.
