Abstract
The curative action on fish aquaculture infection needs serious handling. Antibiotics and chemicals utilization usually instigate some bad effects: antibiotic accumulation in fish body, environmental pollution and new strains of pathogenic bacteria that are more resistant. Based on these facts, we need to look for alternative medicines to cure fish disease. A bioactive of sambiloto can be used to cure of Aeromonas hydrophila at common carp. In this research, the common carp was infected Aeromonas hydrophila dipped used sambiloto leaf extract with several concentration (100, 200 and 300 ppm). From histopathological examination, the percentage of organ damage significant among several consentration.The conclution of this research is that dipping sambiloto leaf extract with concentration 100, 200 and 300 ppm influence in common carps gill histopathology are infected by Aeromonas hydrophila and the efective concentration of sambiloto leaf extract in this research is 300 ppm.
