Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the lactat calsium suplement treatment effects at renal histopathologhy. 25 female white rats (Rattus norvegicus), two until three months old and 140 until 160 grams weight were objected in this experiment. The rats model devided evenly random into five groups of treatment. The 1St group (Po) treated with standart feed which contain 0,9-1% calcium, 2°d group (PI) with lactat calcium suplement 100 mg/daily and standart feed which contain 0,9-1% calcium, 3`d group (P2) with lactat calcium suplement 200 mg/daily and standart feed which contain 0,9-1% calcium, 4'h group (P3) with lactat calcium suplement 400 mg/daily and standart feed which contain 0,9-1% calcium, and the 5'h group (P4) with lactat calcium suplement 600 mg/daily and standart feed which contain 0,9-1% calcium. The treatment were gave at 14 days after the rats had given standart feed which contain 0,9-1% calcium. At the six weeks after treatment, the renal sample were taken for analyzed by Hematoxylin Eosin methode and made the score. The score were analyzed by Kruskal Wallis and Z test using SPSS from windows program. The result indicated that the lactat calcium suplement effects at renal histopathologhy in white rats increased significantly (p<0,05).
