Abstract

The aim of this study was to detect the difference antigenicity whole molecule of rabies virus between street and fixed virus. This study using 30 samples of dog blood sera and it had been vaccinated with rabies vaccine. The sera were examined using indirect ELISA technique and the absorbent were determined by using ELISA reader at 490nm. Data result was analyzed with "t" test. The result shown that fixed virus had higher value of optical density than street virus. Optical Density (OD) value of fixed virus shown the average value 0,2078 with SD 0,0702 and OD for street virus shown the average value 0,1331 rate with SD 0,0357.
