The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of crude chlorella supplementation to the expressions of IgA of layer's ileum that vaccinated by Avian Influenza and treated with low protein feed. This research used factorial completely random design. Sixteen weeks old layer were divided randomly into six groups: 0% crude chlorella supplementation in basal feed; 2,5% crude chlorella supplementation in basal feed; 5% crude chlorella supplementation in basal feed; 0% crude chlorella supplementation in low protein feed; 2,5% crude chlorella supplementation in low protein feed; 5% crude chlorella supplementation in low protein feed. When the layer were twenty four weeks old, they were sacrified and the ileum were collected. The expression of IgA were explored by immunositochemical technique. The data were analyzed by Univariated ANOVA using SPSS for windows 13.00. The result show that supplementation with 2,5% crude chlorella in low protein feed can better increase the IgA expressions in the mucosal of ileum of layer vaccinated by Avian Influenza than IgA expression in the mucosal of ileum of layer vaccinated by Avian Influenza using 5% crude chlorella supplementation in low protein feed.
