Abstract

The purpose of this research were to investigate the influence of Spiramycin and Azithromycin to the Differential count of mice (Mus musculus) infected by Tgondii This research used 24 female 3 month old in average. These were divided into 4 groups of treatment.Those were, PO = negative control (uninfected mice), P1 = positive control (infected mice), Pt = infected mice with Spiramysin treatment, P3 = infected mice with Azithromycin. The result of this research was mice with infected T gondi could increased leukocyte and have significant different with group of PO, PI, P2, P3 (P<0,05). Treatment of Spiramycine and Azithromycine into mice infected of Tgondi could decrease the group of P3 and didn't have significant different with group of P2 and PO (P< 0,05), but P3 have significant different with Pl(P<0,05) from this research, we can suggest Spiramycine and Azithromycine for treatment Toxoplasmosis
