Abstract
The main purpose of this research was to know the humoral immune response of mice to vaccine varieties of avian influenza subtype H5 which measured with ELISA indirect. This research used the full randomised design with 4 group treatment. Group I (vaccine of avian influenza H5N1 treatment), group II (vaccine of avian influenza H5N2 treatment), group III (vaccine of avian influenza H5N9 treatment), and group IV (as control without vaccine treatment). The result showed an extremely actual differences (p<0,01) of OD value of antibodies. Thus all of the group have differences of OD value in antibodies, group I has the highest OD value and group III has the lowest of OD value which is not so different with group IV as a control.
