Abstract
The aim of this research is to know the effect of giving Black seed as infusum on histopatology of chicken’s spleen which were infected by IBD (Infectious Bursal Disease).The research carried fivety chickens were devided in ten group of treatment, five group unvaccinated and the other five were vaccinated. The vaccinated was II, IV, VI, VIII, X group and the unvaccinated was I, III, V, VII and IX. Group I-II without black seed infusum, group III-IV were gifted 10%, group V-VI were gifted 20%, group VII-VIII were gifted 40%, group IX-X were gifted 80% of black seed infusum.This research showed that the black seed effects on the better view of chicken spleen’s histopatology. Whereas, there is no positive correlation between the increasing consentration of black seed infusum and the spleen damaging rate of histopatologycal view of chicken’s spleen
