Abstract
The aim of this research was to compare chicken antibody titre after vaccination with conventional Avian Influenza H5N1 vaccine and Reverse Genetic Avian Influenza H5N1 vaccine. This research used 30 chickens and had 3 groups (control, conventional Avian Influenza H5N1 vaccine treatment, reverse genetic Avian Influenza H5N1 vaccine treatment). Blood collection started from first week until fourth week after vaccination and booster did on the fifth week after vaccination. HI test was used to know antibody titre on the chickens and the analysis of data was used to Anova and Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) 5 %. On this research chickens which had been vaccinated with Reverse Genetic Avian Influenza H5N1 vaccine indicate the higher antibody than conventional Avian Influenza H5N1 vaccine.
