Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of Probiotik and Crude Chlorella to quantity of IgA and polimorph cell on chick that infected with Salmonella pullorum. This research used completely random design, day old chicken were devided randomly in to four group.The P0 (control) was given feed without Chorella and probiotik, P1 was given Chorella 2,5%, P2 was given probiotik 2,5%, and P3 was given (Chlorella + probiotik) 2,5%. The chick infected with Salmonella pullorum at 14 days old. When the chick were twenty eight days old, they were sacrified and the ileum were collected. The expression of IgA were explored by immunochemistry technique. The data were analized by ANOVA using SPSS for window 13.00. The result showed that supplementation with 2,5% (Chlorella + probiotik) capable increasing quantity of IgA and decrease of polimorph cells in the mucosal of ileum.
