IDENTIFIKASIENZIM SELULASE ASAL RAYAP Macrotermes Sp.) DENGAN TEKNIK SDS-PAGE DAN DOT BLOT.

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi enzim selulase asal rayap (Macrotermes Sp.) dengan teknik SDS-PAGE dan Dot blot.
Ensim selulase didapatkan dengan cara mengambil cairan perut rayap (Macrotermes Sp.) selanjutnaya di analisis dengan menggunakan uji SDS-PAGE (Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate Polyacrilamide Electrophoresis) 15% dengan menggunakan pewarnaan perak nitrat (AgNO3) dan uji Dot Blot, Kemudian di identifikasi proteinnya berdasarkan berat molekul (BM) dengan SDS-PAGE dan di analisis reaktivitasnya dengan Dot blot.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa enzim selulase asal rayap memiliki berat molekul 181,6; 78,5; 53,2; 37,5; 32,3; 23,7;19,7;13,6 dan 5,7 kDa dan enzim selulase asal rayap mempunyai reaktivitas terhadap antibodi anti selulase dengan konsentrasi 1/100 dan titer sebesar 5120.
