Abstract

The aim of reseach was to salve egg decrease problem on broiler that get heat stress use anti prolactin as treatment to incre ase egg production. Intra muscular injection was done at pectoralis regio of chicken. Anti prolactin work on prolactin netralisati in in chicken body is on antibody and antigen reaction. In this reseach anti prolactin is antibody that was injected eksogenly with purpose made relation on antigen in chicken body. Anova (analysist of variant) and Factorial Design were using in this reseach. The analysis result show that there are lighly significant (P<0,01) between control and other treatment on different dose ; and time that need to give (week). There also an interaction between treatment (P<0,01). The result show that anti prolactin injection in 50µg, 100µg, and 200µg could be increase egg production on broiler that get heat stress. The conclusion of this reseach is anti prolactin injection in 100µg and 200µg dose could decrease and return egg production )f broiler with heat stress in first week of treatment.
