Abstract
Hospital was an institute that operated continuity for 24 hours with the nurse as a worker that claimed for the prepared and the readiness. For the porpused, the hospital obligated the nurses work in shift to reached optimal work results. Shift work can influence fatique mostly in night shift. The aim of this research was to know the diference between the fatique based on the shift work to the nurse in treated instalation RSD Dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso. This research was an observasional with cross sectional study. The sample of this research were the nurse in treated instalation consisted 54 people that work in shift. The nurse charateristik and subjectif fatique were collected through questioner, while to study the objectif fatique were used reaction timer. To study the correlation between the subjective fatique with the characteristic used Spearman correlation, and to study the difference of subjective and objective fatique based on work shift used Kruskal Wallis test with a = 0.05. This research show that there was a significant correlation between subjective fatique with age, married status, part time job and nutrient status. While for nurse objective fatique for night shift were the first who can get it. From the result with Kruskal Wallis test for subjective fatique (p = 0.012) and objective fatique (p = 0.00), show that there was any difference between morning, noon and night shift. The difference of subjective and objective fatique, happened between the nurse at morning and night shift. It is suggested to RSD Dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso to give reward to the nurse who have good performed or have long time work year, so that can increase spirit of worked and also the produktivity.
