Abstract

Pondok Kesehatan Desa (Ponkesdes) is a development health service from Pondok Bersalin Desa (Polindes). Ponkesdes performance assessment is needed to monitor the quality of health services to facilitate the advancement of Ponkesdes. This study was an observational with cross-sectional design. The samples were 70 Ponkesdes with simple random sampling. The variables of this study were organization factors (compensation system, goal setting, selection, training and development, along with leadership) and work factors (evaluation, work schedule, workloads, and working facilities). The statistical test used linear regression test with alpha 0.05. The result of this study shown that the respondents had less of the directly and indirectly financial compensation system, and less of the non financial compensation system, with less goal setting, less selection, less training and development, but good leadership. Evaluation, work schedule, workloads were well but less facilities. Ponkesdes performance increased by 52, 8%. The conclusion from this study was there no significant from organization factors and work factors with Ponkesdes performance in the Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pasuruan. It is recommended that conduct a follow-up to this study in order to increase the performance of power, so it will increase people's satisfaction to Ponkesdes workers.
