Abstract

Start from 1stJanuary 2014, the National Health Insurance program (JKN) officially implemented. Implementation of National Health Insurance in Indonesia, according to Article22 of Law No 20 of 2004 on National Social Security System (Navigation) was held based on humanitarian principles, the principle of utility, and principles of social justicefor all Indonesian people. Knowledge of health officers about the National Health Insurance program and fulfillment of credential processis a form of KDP readiness assessment as part of the implementation of the I JKN. This study was conducted to determine the readiness of Health Care Giver (KDP) I in the implementation of JKN. This research was descriptive study with cross sectional approach. The objective ofthis study is on the first KDP readinessin terms of knowledge about the program JKN health officers, knowledge of health officers about the credentials and eligibility credentials Health Care Giver (KDP) I in the implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN). The results of this study show the level of knowledge of health officers are medium categorized by 63%, and 37% lower categorized knowledge of health officers to assess the level of knowledge of health officers about the program JKN and considered less ready. 84% of health officers categorized knowledge level is high and the level medium knowledge 16% of health officers were categorized for the assessment of the level of knowledge about kredensialing officer. PHC eligibility credentials are less prepared in terms of the energy source of health facilities, communication facilities health centers, drug and consumables. The conclusion of this study is PHC Balongsari less ready in the implementation of National Health Insurance in terms of knowledge of health officers aboutthe program JKN health, and health centers kredensialing eligibility. Therefore, as the organizers BPJS Health National Health Insurance System be the most appropriate means to support the smooth implementation of the National Health Insuranceby increasing socialization for health care officers and the general publicand while maintaining a commitment to the success of the implementation of National Health Insurance.
