Abstract
Cost Recovery rate (CRR) adalah persentase perbandingan antara total pendapatan dengan total biaya produksi. Idealnya CRR disuatu organisasi haruslah >1 atau >100%. Unit radiologi adalah salah satu unit revenue center di RS Islam Surabaya.
