Abstract

Fatigue can trigger the loss of efficiency and degradation of motivation in working, so that can degrade capacities work and body resilience. As a result downhill worker productivity. This research done at PT. Lotus Indah workers of Textile Industries Surabaya. Intention of this research is to know the existence of fatigue felt by workers and identify factors related to the happening of fatigue. This Design Research is crossectional, with sample that is worker in unit produce ring frame counted 33 peoples (total of population). This Research type is descriptive. Its Research variable that is responder characteristic (age, gender, year of service, gizi status, long of sleep, smoke and gym habit), work factor (physical load work situation and sutured situation), environmental factor of job (noise, room temperature, dirt rate and lighting) and psychology factor (freshment at work place, conflict with other workers and owner of the factory). Result of this research got by natural worker was fatigue that is equal to 60, 6% or 20 people. From result of analysis use Chi-Square Test for the categorical variable and from Independent-Samples T Test for the numeric variable. got by factors related to fatigue is gender (woman worker), status of gizi (worker having status of gizi less or more), sutured felt situation worker, feeling annoyed worker to room temperature, dirt rate and noise at work. Therefore needed by the existence of work rotation (job rotation), giving work burden less and work assignment at morning shift for woman worker (pregnant woman and suckle) and old age. Supply of Exhaust General at work, repair of appliance protector appliance and ear protector of exhalation, needed the existence of lighting intensity up to standard job in environment work minimize 200 fomentation and lux to worker for breakfast before working.
