Abstract
Pada jaman sekarang, kehidupan seksual di kalangan remaja sudah lebih bebas dibandingkan dahulu. Nilai-nilai keperawanan sudah jarang diperhatikan oleh remaja. Hal ini bisa kita rasakandi kota-kota besar di Indonesia. Hubungan seks pranikah ternyata memberikan dampak negatif terutama bagi remaja putri, yaitu hilangnya harga diri dan hilangnya nilai-nilai keperawanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya transisi nilai keperawanan oleh remaja, serta penyebab terjadinya transisi nilai-nilai keperawanan tersebut, apa saja yang mempengaruhi remaja melakukan hubungan seksual sebelum nikah dan tidak memandang aturan sosial masyarakat yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif murni. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswi-siswi salah satu SMKN di Surabaya Timur, yaitu mereka yang pernah pacaran dan melakukan hubungan seksual dengan pasangannya. Jumlah untuk informan dan responden tidak ditentukan terlebih dahulu, tetapi disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peneliti hingga semua informasi dan data yang dibutuhkan oleh peneliti dirasa cukup yaitu informasi yang disampaikan responden sudah matang. Dalam menentukan responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian, peneliti melakukannya secara “Snow Ball.” Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa telah terjadi transisi nilai-nilai keperawanan, hal tersebut dikarenakan tingkat religius subjek tergolong rendah, ketidakhadiran orang tua, pergaulan subjek dengan temanteman yang sudah melakukan hubungan seks pranikah, pengalaman pacaran, informasi tentang seks yang di rasa kurang dan rasa penasaran. Translation: Nowadays, life of sexuality in teenager society is more independent than in the past. The virginity values are often ignored by the teenagers. This thing, we can feel in big cities in Indonesia. Actually, sexuality before married gives negative impact for teenager, such as the evaporating of prestige and the evaporating of virginity values. The aim of this research is to know that there is transition of virginity value by the teenager, and to know the causes of the virginity value transition, what things that influence teenager to do premarital sex and not looking at the social role in the society. Method that is used in this research is an original qualitative research. Subject for this research is students from one of SMKN in East Surabaya which have relationship and doing premarital sex with his/her couple. The number of informant and the respondent is not determined earlier, but it is adapted with the requirement of the researcher until all information and data that is needed by the researcher is enough. To determine respondent which is used in research, the researcher do it by “Snow Ball.” Based on this research, we can conclude that in our life the transition of virginity value is happened. The cause of transition virginity value is the less of teenager’s knowledge about religion, the less of notice from their parent, the relationship of teenager with their community, the less of information about sex and the curiosity about sex.
