Abstract
Udang Galah (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) memiliki nilai ekonomis yang cukup tinggi sehingga permintaan terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar yang tinggi perlu adanya peningkatan produksi Udang Galah ( KKP, 2014 ).
