Abstract
Ikan gurami (Oshpronemus gouramy) merupakan ikan asli Indonesia yang berasal dari perairan daerah Jawa Barat. Sebagai salah satu ikan budidaya, ikan gurami sudah dikenal sebagai ikan konsumsi sejak tahun 1802 (Sitanggang & Sarwono 2000).
