Abstract
This study is departed from Antisemitism as a kind of racism. Since Israel is the only Jewish state, people usually perceive it as the representation of Jewish people as a social group. Therefore, this study analyses the way media represents Israel in its reports. This study analyzes the schematic structure of newspaper reports recounting the Israel topic, particularly on Israeli-Palestinian conflicts. The aim of this study is to find out the schematic strategy of the newspaper reports under study in representing Israel. And the second aim is to find the way The Jakarta Post presents the Israel-Palestine conflict during the Jericho Raid incident.
