Abstract
Proyek Injeksi Uap dalam operasionalnya sudah melaksanakan fungsi- fungsi manajemen akan tetapi masih terdapat kekurangan, baik terhadap planning, organizing, actuating maupun controlling. Kekuranqan-kekurangan tersebut misalnya adanya beban kerja yang berlebihan.
