Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh intellectual capital dan pertumbuhan pendapatan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan kontruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2014, sedangkan sampel didapat dengan kriteria tertentu, yaitu perusahaan yang bergerak menerbitkan laporan tahunan selama periode 2010-2014, sehingga diperoleh 45 sampel untuk penelitian ini. Variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah intellectual capital yang diukur menggunakan metode market-book value dan pertumbuhan pendapatan, variabel terikat berupa nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan metode Tobin‟s Q, dan peneliti menggunakan variabel kontrol berupa ukuran perusahaan yang dihitung berdasarkan total aset. Teknik analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hipotesis yang diajukan diuji melalui program SPSS versi 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital berpengaruh positif pada nilai perusahaan, pertumbuhan pendapatan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel kontrol berupa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan pada nilai perusahaan
