Abstract

Fathma Medika Hospital was a private hospital which began operating since February 2014. In the effort to improve its performance, the management Fathma Medika Hospital’s should start from the management of each unit. The company develop or not would be determined by management. Whether or not the management will be determined by the ability of managers. Manager who has good management capabilities would be able todeliver the company to achieve organizational goals. Based on the results of the initial survey we could conclude thatcomprehension the structural officials about management unit in Fathma Medika Hospital, was still less. Therefore it was necessary to attempt to improve their comprehension of the management unit. Based on the results of this research ascertainable that only a few respondent have comprehension, competence and motivation of the level of “good”. Therefore, in order to result a good performance had need of effort to increase the competence, motivation, and comprehension of the management unit. Based on the results of this research ascertainable that there was a relationship between competence and comprehension, and there was also a relationship between motivation and comprehension. Conclusions of this study were only a few structural officials in fathma medika hospital which has a value of "good" for the competence, motivation, and comprehension.Therefore it was necessary to increase competence, motivation and comprehension ofstructural officials about Management Unit.
