Abstract
Preliminary. According to WHO (2014) most maternal deaths occur developing countries, especially in rural areas and in communities which are poor in the amount of 99%. Results Demographic and Health Survey Indonesia in 2012. Indonesia's maternal mortality rate of 359 per 100,000 live births. One of the government's efforts through the Program Planning and Prevention Of Complications Of Childbirth which is one of the programs require the support of family, CHWs, and health providers. This study sought to analyze the different between social capital (trust, norms, networks, reciprocity) of the implementation Program Planning And Prevention Of Complications Of Childbirth in Antirogo and Sumbersari village. Method. This type of research is an analytic study that aims to identify the variables of social capital and Program Planning and Prevention Of Complications Of Childbirth. The sample number was 69 CHWs and 104 family with simple random sampling. Data analyzis used bivariate analyzis chi square and contingency coefficient. The data are collected by using questionnaire. Results. The data analysis shows difference social capital analysis on the trust (p=0,000), norms (p=0,000), networks (p=0,002), resiprocity (p=0,016) on head of family and implementation Program Planning and Prevention Of Complications Of Childbirth (p=0,020) on pregnant women. Conclusion. There was the different social capital (trust, norms, networks, resiprocity ) especially to head of family. There was correlation of social capital (norm and reciprocity) about implementation Program Planning And Prevention Of Complications Of Childbirth. Socialization and evaluation involving all the parties further enhanced through sustainable mentoring.
