Abstract

Pengelolaan anggaran daerah telah menjadi perhatian utama bagi para pengambil keputusan dalam suatu pemerintahan, baik itu di tingkat pusat maupun tingkat daerah. Untuk itu pemerintah pusat maupun daerah membuat atau menciptakan dan memberlakukan undang-undang yang gunanya untuk menciptakan sistem pengelolaan anggaran yang mampu memenuhi berbagai tuntutan dan kebutuhan masyarakat yang sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kondisi daerah.
