Abstract
Salah satu Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) dengan proporsi tertinggi di Indonesia dan merupakan penyebab kematian tertinggi keenam adalah Diabetes Melitus. Diabetes Melitus (DM) adalah penyakit gangguan metabolisme yang bersifat kronis dengan karakteristik hiperglikemia. 80%-90% kasus DM tergolong ke dalam DM tipe-2. Kabupaten Jombang merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Jawa Timur dengan jumlah kasus DM terbanyak khususnya pada tahun 2011 dan 2012. Kontrol DM yang buruk dapat mengakibatkan beberapa komplikasi yang serius antara lain neuropati, hipertensi, jantung koroner, retinopati, nefropati, gangrene. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memodelkan tingkat kadar gula darah penderita DM tipe-2 dengan pendekatan regresi probit ordinal. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari rekam medis pasien DM tipe-2 di Klinik Pratama Madinah Jombang pada tahun 2014-2015. Berdasarkan model regresi probit ordinal ( ), ( ), dan ( ) dapat disimpulkan secara serentak variabel prediktor mempengaruhi tingkat kadar gula darah penderita DM tipe-2. Variabel prediktor yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kadar gula penderita DM tipe-2 adalah usia, hipertensi dan perencanaan makan (diet). Uji kesesuaian model menunjukkan bahwa uji kesesuaian model tingkat kadar gula darah penderita DM tipe-2 memenuhi model Regresi Probit Ordinal. Ketepatan pengklasifikasian model sebesar 71%.
