Abstract
This research was conducted in Medowo Village, Kandangan sub district, Kediri.The purpose of this study was to investigate dairy farming income,and management analysis of dairy cattle. 30 respondents were obtained by purposvie sampling. Respondents were divided into three scales. Scale 1 (owning less than 4 cows), scale II (4-7 cows), and scale III ( more than 7 cows). Primary data were collected by survey method with strucuted questionnaire, secondary data were obtained from related institution and sources. analysis were employed to analyse the data. Result of the research showed that management of dairy cattle business in KUD Kertajaya is in good category, it can be seen from the questioners which average score is 4 means good. Financial analysis result showed that dairy farmer strata I: business capital is Rp 70.718.240, - ; production cost is Rp 24.442.467, - per year; receipt of revenue Rp 49.286.387, - per year; income Rp 24.743.921,- per year. In the dairy farmer strata II: business capital is Rp. 140.408.891; production cost is Rp 46.947.481, - per year; receipt of revenue Rp Rp. 97.934.245, - per year; income Rp. 50.986.763, - per year. In the dairy farmer strata III: business capital is Rp. 227.207.527,-; production cost is Rp. 79.287.427, - per year; receipt of revenue Rp. 168.572.983,- per year; income Rp. Rp. 89.285.555,- per year.
