Abstract
Penetapan harga pokok merupakan hal yang terpenting dalam penjualan baik penjualan barang maupun jasa. Begitupula dengan rumah sakit, rumah sakit menetapkan harga pokok untuk menentukan tarif jasa rawat inap. Pada jaman modern saat ini, penggunaan Activity Based Costing dalam penentuan tarif jasa rawat inap sangatlah dibutuhkan, guna memudahkan dalam hal perhitungan tarif berdasarkan aktivitas yang dilakukan di dalamnya. Dalam hal penggunaan Activity Based Costing, penentuan aktivitas dan cost driver merupakan hal yang paling utama untuk dasar penghitungan tarif cost driver perunit. Graha Amerta RSUD Dr. Soetomo merupakan salah satu paviliun terbesar di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya, dengan demikian penggunaan activity based costing dalam penentuan tarif dengan mengklasifikasikan aktivitas berdasarkan cost driver untuk menghitung tarif rawat inap yang sesuai sangat dibutuhkan guna memudahkan dalam penetapan tarif rawat inap perkamar.
