Abstract

Based on the final analysis of dissertation study in term of integration approach on theoretical, empirical and intuitive analysis, we have several conclusion are as follows: The funding structure allocation of Islamic Bank, has positive influence on value added structure growth, sectoral employment absorption and social welfare in Indonesia, it is very consistent to Al Qur’an ; Surah Yusuf / 12 verse: 47 (“For seven years shall ye diligently sow as is your wont: and the harvests that ye reap, ye shall leave them in the ear,-except a little, of which ye shall eat”). In the other side, the structure of economic value added growth and sectoral employment absorption has indirect influence on the social welfare. The implementation of Islamic Banking in Indonesia still in the condition of not yet kaffah according to shariah Islam includes prophet Yusuf alaihissalam and the dynamic of Ibnu Khaldun’s multidisciplinary model (Zadjuli, 2009). In 2009 est. total population in Indonesia is 230,291,285 peoples and about 88,0% are moslem, but the market share of Islamic Bank in the whole of Indonesian Banking activities still less than 3,00% and hopefully for in the next 2 years will become 5,00%, insha Allah, Amiin.
