Abstract

The research aims to test and analyze the influence of emotional and spiritual intelligence on family-work conflict and enrichment and women’s employee performance at state-owned banks in Pontianak. This research is conducted at state-owned banks in Pontianak which covered 103 women employees as respondents. The data analysis technique used in research is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of research show that: (1) emotional intelligence has significant effect on family- work conflict (2) emotional intelligence has significant effect on family-work enrichment (3) spiritual intelligence has no significant effect on family-work conflict(4)spiritual intelligence has significant effect on family-work enrichment (5) family-work conflict has significant effect on women’s employee performance (6) family-work enrichment has significant effect on women’s employee performance (7) emotional intelligence has no significant effect on women’s employee performance (8) spiritual intelligence has no significant effect on women’s employee performance
