Abstract

Background. This research was intended to assess the work behavior, environment and motivation which must be performed at the cigarrette factories in the central of Java in connection with work satisfaction and performance of the cigarette rollers at the cigarette factories in central java. Method. This research was conducted at the cigarrette factory in the central of Java which covered 200 cigarette rollers as respondent. This research by utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the technique was processed with AMOS to analyze some hypothesis. The correlated models of the variables in this study revealed that six hypothesis have significant effect but one hypothesis has non significant effect. Conclusion. The result of the research were empirical date of the theoritical development of human resources and management practices.
