Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan kualitas internet financial reporting bank umum syariah di Indonesia dan Malaysia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan uji independent sample t test dan uji mann whitney u test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah website resmi Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di website resmi bank sentral Indonesia dan Malaysia pada saat dilakukannya penelitian. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Pengambilan data diperoleh dari website resmi bank sentral Malaysia dan Indonesia, serta website resmi bank umum syariah di masing-masing negara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaaan yang signifikan antara kualitas Internet Financial Reporting Indonesia dan Malaysia. Perbedaan tersebut disebabkan terdapat perbedaaan yang signifikan antara kualitas komponen content dan timeliness Internet Financial Reporting Indonesia dan Malaysia. Sedangkan pada komponen technology dan user support Internet Financial Reporting terdapat perbedaan yang tidak signifikan.
