Abstract
This research refer to success history in the implementation program in Kertosari village, they get best predicate in competition of program management in province level. Nevertheless, output of this research could be model of program management for another district. Based on the purpose, this research not only describes implementation of Gerdutaskin program. but also search influence factors of social phenomenon and correlation between those factors. Methode of collecting data is interview, observation dan document study. In-dept interview with 38 responden use quota sampling technique, that sampling technique refer to representation from each partisipative categorization. Result of this research describes that implementation of Gerdutaskin program in Kertosari Village, Pasrujambe Sub-district of Lumajang District has been done base on technical guidance of Gerdutaskin Program, it is supported with the commitment of program implementer and society. Data analysis also describes that structure of birocration, resources, communication, implementer attitude and supporting of community group are successfully influence factors of implementation of Gerdutaskin Program. Beside that, the result also give a propose for better program implementation in the future, that is requirement for coordination and establishment efforts continuously and intensively, so that the society more capable to explore the local potential which supporting their financial.
