Abstract

As a public company Bank Mandiri need to do good corporate governance in business activity for fair financial statement, transparency, accurancy and responsibility of that report. The financial statement as operational procces need to ensure a quality of that. Internal auditor as one of part for good corporate governance need to control for all operational business unit in Bank Mandiri, that for internal auditor activity become important to reach good corporate governance. Evaluation of internal auditor activity are understanding of internal auditor duty,condition of quality internal auditor member, indepedency and objectinesinternal auditor, motivation and self development of internal auditor. Evaluation can give positive suggestion to Bank Mandiri and specially for internal auditor to should good corporate governance.
