Abstract

This research is intended to analyze how far is the influence of education level, organization's experience and motivation to the ability of the legislative members of Jembrana regency in conveying their proposals and opinions. Their specific intention is to analyze simultaneously the greatness of the influence of education level, organization's experience and motivation against the ability of tile legislative members of Jembrana regency in conveying their proposals and opinions and knowing which factor Influence dominantly. The determinative analyzes shows that 75,30% of the ability to convey proposals and opinions are influence by the education level (XI), organization's experience (X,), and motivation (X3) while the rest as InUch as 24,70% are influence by others factors. Education level is influenced dominantly The others factors that can influence among others are training, positioning the commission and discipline. The conclusion of the research is that the education level (XI), organization's experience (X2), and motivation (X3) have high influence against tile ability of conveying the proposals and opinions (Y) in the legislative assembly of Jembrana regency. The education level have dominant influence among others.
