Abstract
Banyak negara yang bertujuan untuk menarik foreign direct investment (FDI) berharap bahwa pengetahuan yang dibawa oleh perusahaan multinasional akan tumpah ke industri dalam negeri dan meningkatkan produktivitasnya. Penelitian ini mengkaji spillover effects dari investasi asing langsung melalui horizontal linkages pada perusahaan domestik dan pengaruh export intensity pada produktivitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel pada 23,334 perusahaan manufaktur Indonesia dari 2007 sampai 2010. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa horizontalspilloverberpengaruh negatif padaperusahaan domestik dalam industri yang sama. Hasil lain menyimpulkan bahwa export intensity tidah berpengaruh terhadap Total Factor Productivity (TFP).
