Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh variabel tarif, indeks harga, pertumbuhan pendapatan dan kebijakan liberalisasi perdagangan terhadap laju pertumbuhan ekspor dan pertumbuhan impor di kawasan ASEAN-7 pada periode 1998-2013. Dalam penelitian ini liberalisasi perdagangan diukur sebagai variabel dummy. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi panel dinamis Arrelano Bond-GMM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lag pertumbuhan ekspor, indeks harga ekspor dan tarif memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekspor di ASEAN-7 pada periode 1998- 2013. Elastisitas harga berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekspor di ASEAN-7 periode 1998-2013, sedangkan variabel pertumbuhan pendapatan dunia dan elastisitas pendapatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekspor di kawasan ASEAN-7 periode 1998-2013. Variabel lag pertumbuhan impor, indeks harga impor dan tarif juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan impor di ASEAN-7 periode 1998-2013, sedangkan pertumbuhan pendapatan domestik dan elastisitas pendapatan memiliki pengaruh postif namun tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan impor di ASEAN-7 periode 1998-2013. Elastistas harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan impor di ASEAN-7 periode 1998-2013.
