Until nowadays, measles still become the health problem, despite attain rate of measles immunization in Banjar Regency have been upper 80%. Therefore, these need to perform the research that has purposed to learn risk factor, which related to measles incidence in under five children. This research was utilized "Case Control" study design or retrospective study that was an observational analytic-epidemiological study, which investigate how far measles appearance in under five children. Sample of this study were all babies and under five children, which attain to age 9 months until to 59 months, who ever having measles and have visited the health service of Ratu Zuleha Hospital in Martapura and Primary Health Care in Banjar Regency, as study group. And as control group was looked for from living around of measles patient (study group). Sum of study group were 83 under five children and sum of control group were 166 under five children (ratio 1 : 2). Analysis technique by using software program of SPSS 9,0 for windows was done for hypothesis test. This study result showed that immunization staius, nutritional status, knowledge level of mother about immunization and contact with infectious disease agent has significance influence to measles incidence in under five children. Whereas, the age of under five children when they was having measles, sex, measles immunization injection site, education level of mother, family income level per months, and location of immunization service, have not significance influence to measles incidence.
