One of important things to reach physical fitness and be able to do some activities well, for increasing work productivity is balance nutritional arrangement which related with requirement for every workers. One of nutrition that influence with physical fitness among other vitamin B] and vitamin C. Deckreasing of vitamin B] and vitamin C consumption can influence activities and workers productivity. The objective of this research is knowing the influence of vitamin Bl giving, vitamin C and vitamin B1 + vitamin C and placebo before and after supplementation and difference influence between is treatment with physical fitness of workers. The research using 60 responden/workers of PT. Inter Moda Asri Sidoarjo related with definited qualification as research subject that is gathered at propotional random. The treatment of subject devided into 4 groups that clarified as follows : Group I is given vitamin B1 supplement, Group II is given vitamin C supplement, Group III is given vitamin B I and vitamin C and Group IV is given placebo. Each group consist of is workers given supplement for 2 months with definited qualification. Before giving supplement, to know physical fitness of workers it is necessary to measure body weight and body height. At final treatment the subject is measured again to indentifity the influence level of physical fitness measured by up-down desk methode using quick calculation and Harvard evaluation. Based on Wolcoxon Signed Rank Test shows that group who given vitamin C (p=0,013) and placebo (v0,037) found the difference between after and before using physical fitness Harvard. While, other groups did'n influence, whether quick calculation or Harvard. Based on Regression Logistic Multinominal analysis found that some factors influence with physical fitness after giving intervention is number of child (p=9,000), physical fitness in quickly before intervention (p=0,000) and nutrional status before intervention (p=0,004) but other factors aren't influenced. Nutritional status factors before interfention (p-3,003) influenced with physical fitness Haervard way after giving supplement vitamin, but other factors isn't influenced. It is necessary to do research about the influence between supplement vitamin B1 and vitamin C to increase physical fitness maximally, by using more sample and longer research time, also including other variabels that influenced with phisical fitness.
