Abstract
There is a lot of Job which didn't be precisety. Yet by carrier system employee, rank of stage. So the objective of this study is to know influence of trainning intensity and performance of employee to objectivity of occupation. Crossectional study used to the study. The population all of "eselon Ir' and eselon Ilr' in Mcjokerto district Goverment. (121 people). Sample Take in Random sampling and number of sample are 100 people. Data collecting was done by Interview with structural quesioner. The result said that 85 % have joint by "Spama" and 81 % as Na grade. Average score of training intensity is 86,23 and employee performance 37,03. and then average score of occupation objectivity is 38,41. All of score are near with maximum score. By linier multiple Regresion showed that Training Intensity and employee performance as sitnultancoos Influence to occupation objectivity. (P = 0,000). They give contribution to dependen variabel as 24,60/o (R' = 0,246). It Means, 24,60/o Dependent variabel change influence by trainning intensity and employee performance, and 75,4% change influence by another variabel. So for occupation objectivity is not only influence by the Independent variables but to Involve loyality and believe.
