Abstract
This research analyses the influence of education level, training,and motivation altogether toward the work achievement of family planning instructor in Jambi City and identifying what variable that has most significance role to influence the work achievement among the three independent variables. Hypotheses of this research are : first, level of education, training, and motivation influence the work achievement of family planning instructor in Jambi City. Second, motivation is the most influencing variable toward the work achievement of family planning instructor in Jambi City. Sample of this reasearch is a whole of population. As the population, the number of instructor is 45 people; that is all family planning instructur in Jambi City. The result of research in significant level a = 0,05 shows that Ftotai = 27,07 bigger that Ftat,,i = 2,835, so H. is rejected and U. accepted. It means that the level of education, training, and motivation altoghether influence the work achievement of family planning instructor in Jambi City. By using t-test, motivation variable partially has the most dominant influence toward the work achievement of family planning instructor in Jambi City. The values of coefficient beta 0,428 (42,8 %) which is the value of tt,,., = 4,077 with the probability 0,000.
