Abstract
This thesis is an observational research which observe the influences of working motivation factors towards working improvement of UPT Diklat Wilayah IV Dep. Kimpraswil employees Surabaya. Basic data of this research is taken from the questionnaire filled by all employees when the research is held and supported by direct observation in the field. As the basic data is compiled, it is processed and analyzed using regression analysis test through SPS 2000 program of Sutrisno Hadi to test the research hypothesis. Based on the result of data analysis proves that working motivation factors which covers reward, training and working condition influence working result of employees with the score of 63,5%. Then, it is partially known that the three free variables significantly influence working result of employee which is proved from the score p between 0,000 to 0,002. Furthermore, from the analysis result shows that reward variable is dominantly influence working improvement of employee which can be seen from the score of 34,84%, while training and working condition variables only get the score of 13,5% and 15,13%. Thus, based on the regression analysis test of this research, the regression similarity model is Y = 1,97 + 0,34 XI + 0,22 X2 + 0,37 X3 + (1,143 . 1,96) with significant score 5% =1,96.
