Abstract

This thesis studies the influence or reward, selection pattern toward the work performance at SIC company. Population of this research is the whole employee of that company. This research is observational research by using observations toward the employee of SIC company. The aim of this research is to prove that reward factor and selection-pattem influences the work performance at SIC company and developing the model for acceptance-employee model at SIC company. In order to prove the hypothesis, the data taken was analyzed using full regression analysis through SPS-2000 Sunisno Hadi and Yuni Pamardiningsih. The result can be described that reward variable and selection pattern variable altogether influences toward the workperformance atSICcompany, withthevalue ofinfluence72,53%. VariableAhich has very significant influence is the reward variable, with the value 59,46%. Another variable, selection-pattem, also has significant influence with the value 13,07%. It can be concluded that both independent variables partially influence the work performance ofemployee at SIC company. Based on full regression test in this research, resulted the formula: Y = 2,234 + 0,69 X1 + 0,18 X2 + (1,257. 1,96) With the degree of significance 5%=1,96. Weak influence of selection pattern toward work performance at SIC Company needs further development such as: planning and predicting the work, the use ofselection tools, such creening test, analyzing whole promotion standard and the current promotion, analyzing personal attribute, analyzing applicants' work experience, analyzing applicants' achievements, analyzing applicants' perception and organization toward style and significant organization's culture, analyzing applicants' competence, transparent company's award.
