Abstract
This research wants to explain and describe the work performance of DPRD member's North-Barito regency, Center Kalimantan Province through analysing the factors influencing the work performance. Identified variables consists of dependent variable (Y,) : work performance of DPRD member's North-Barito regency, center Kalimantan Province, independent variables consists of : the level of education (XI), experience being the member of DPRD (X2), and motivation (X;). Those variables are analysed quantitatively by using double linear analysis regression statisrics for F test and simple linear regression for t test. Hypothesis of this research are : I. Level of education, experience being the member of DPRD, and motivation has influence toward work performance of DPRD member's North-Barito regency, Center Kalimantan Province. 2. Level of education is the most influencing factor toward the work performance of DPRD member's North-Barito regency, Center Kalimantan Province. Analysis of variables lie on the answer result of the respondent's answer about measurement of work perfonmance and the factors which are influencing it with the self assessment way of DPRD member's North-Barito regency, Center Kalimantan Province. Sample of this research is whole population of DPRD members North-Barito regency, Center Kalimantan Province from the result of 1999 general election with the total number 25 (twenty five) members, in case of the absence 2 (two) member's of DPRD North-Barito regency, Center Kalimantan Province because of passed away reason and there is no interchange until the current time, the numbers of respondent are 23 (twenty three). The result of analysis prove that first hypothesis that is F test was accepted and the second hypothesis t test, with level of education is the domman variable also accepted.
