Abstract

This study, entitled "Inter-Religious Harmony" Study of Inter-Religious Harmony Top in Ngepeh Hamlet, Village Redjoagoeng, Ngoro District, Regency Jombang. This study concerns the author against the background of the many cases of violence and conflict in the name of religion, such as data reported by The Wahid Institute of Religious Freedom Report or Belief and Tolerance in 2010 which states, cases of violations of freedom of religion or belief that occurred during 2010 totaled 63 cases or an average of 5 cases per month. The highest violation occurred in January (12 cases), August (8 cases) and September (7 cases). The data states that inter-religious intolerance in Indonesia was still common. The proof of the persistence of the sectarian conflict, and fellow believers. Though Indonesia is famous for its spirit of national unity it is always working to make the symbol as an image of harmony in diversity of race, religion and culture. For many cases of violence in the name of religion all the more upon minorities. It is no exaggeration to research on the model of the social basis among religious believers in maintaining harmony and order is very urgent to do. Researchers interested in researching about the existence of kinship in differences religious beliefs can build harmony among religious communities in Ngepeh Hamlet, Village Redjoagoeng, Ngoro District, Jombang. And how patterns of interaction that exists in the kinship system, so as to create harmony among religious communities. By having a multi-faith and trust, such as Islam, Christianity and Hinduism, Buddhism, people live side by Hamlet Ngepeh and communicate with each other. Although the majority of its people embraced Islam (70%), but they live in harmony with the non-Islamic religious communities (30%).
