Abstract

Object of study in this research is the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. 15 of 2009 on the Prohibition of Prostitution in Jombang in order to realize Jombang beautifully clean and comfortable. Regional Regulation No. 15 Year 2009 one goal is to shut down brothel Klubuk Sukodadi Kabuh. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative method, so that the data obtained is data that describes how the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. 15 of 2009, and describes the factors supporting and inhibiting factors. Result of the research we found the Regional Regulation No. 15 Year 2009 on the Prohibition of Prostitution being implementing until now but the result from the implementation still cannot shut down prostitution Klubuk Sukodadi Kabuh.
